Referring to Simon, how does one guy sound so zesty but look like a total college frat

I don’t think he’s worn anything other than that shirt and those khaki shorts, and based off of the fact that in “NO DATA” his shirt doesn’t exist. So, are his clothes just his skin? Or just apart of his form? If it is, that makes perfect sense.
